Daily billing is a one-time payment. The instance is automatically released at expiry with no auto-renewal. It suits short-term projects or trials. Monthly and quarterly subscriptions auto-renew 3 days before expiry, are better suited for teams with ongoing compute needs, and have a lower daily cost.

Cancellation before instance activation will be fully refunded. After activation, fees already paid for the current billing period are non-refundable — because the physical machine is exclusively locked for you. Choosing the shortest cycle that fits your actual needs is recommended to avoid waste.

If you use the hardware continuously for more than 18 months around the clock, buying may be more economical — assuming data-center costs, ops, and depreciation are excluded.
